A non-refundable booking fee is taken to secure any and all appointments or training dates. The booking fee is secured against the treatment or training course specified. You may reschedule any treatment bookings with a minimum of 48 hours notice, a maximum of 3 times. To reschedule any treatment, you must do so via the booking system. You may reschedule any training courses with a minimum of 7 days notice a maximum of 2 times. We can allow a maximum of 10 minutes of lateness on any treatment before your classes as a no show, and will have to re-book with a new booking fee. A maximum of 30 minutes lateness applies to training courses before being classed as a no show. Please read over any additional terms and/or pre-care advice that may apply to specific treatments via the booking system.

Where digital products apply, due to the nature of the digital products, no refunds, exchanges or edits are available.
